Erik Van Kobra

With over 20 years’ experience in tattoo/paint/design, Erik founded Wolf/Sheep in 2011.

Artist-turned-director, he is driven to push society’s conceptions of what a working artist can be and provide a platform for other artists to do the same.

Corporate Mike

Originally a Co-Op student from Uvic, Mike quickly became a permanent fixture at Wolf/Sheep.

While he finishes his business degree, Mike is working to make the shop and the team the best it can be. 

 

Laura Thomlinson

Laura Thomlinson

Since 2011, Laura (a.k.a. Paris Parker) has been writing and promoting for Wolf/Sheep.

She is now responsible for all social media, networking, and is our primary events promoter. 

Kyle Barber

Kyle Barber

Originally from Ontario, Kyle moved to Victoria in 2014 and has been loving tattooing here ever since.

Kyle’s vision is to make responsible tattoos that are built to last; to boldly innovate while recreating timeless designs.

Brian Dangerfield

Versatile in many styles, Brian has enthusiastically tattooed across Canada for 8 years.

Brian is dedicated to constant evolution at Wolf/Sheep. He pushes himself and his teammates to constantly grow as a tattooists; always bringing energy to the shop.

Ben Tyne

Blackwork, geometry, dotwork: Ben wants to push new areas of tattooing while preserving the tried and true techniques that are known to last.

To Ben, the most fulfilling part of tattooing is when it makes people happier in their own skin. As he puts it, "Tattooing helps people express themselves and makes the world a more beautiful place."

Kirsten Wale

Kirsten Wale

Focusing on illustrative, dark imagery, Kirsten is drawn to the collaborative nature of tattooing.

By bringing a calm and focused attitude into every tattoo, Kirsten strives to promote an environment of self expression for herself and her clients.

Peter Ferguson

Peter Ferguson

While studying fine arts at Uvic, you could often find Peter selling merchandise or chatting up the artists at Wolf/Sheep.

Now that he’s done school, Peter has joined our ranks as an apprentice and aims to become a professional tattooist. Look out for him as he progresses!

Jonas Cienski

Jonas Cienski

Jonas was 10 when he attended our “End is Near” art show; in the 5 years since, he has become a hard working member of the Wolf/Sheep team.

When he’s not helping out around the shop, he'll be at the drawing table, picking the other artists’ brains.
